Autumn harvest time

Hi All,

Well, we've been in the new house for about 10 months now, and the last 3 of those have pretty much been in drought, so we haven't progressed much vege garden wise, but the trees and bushes that were already here when we moved in are another thing again.

We spent an hour outside today, in the grey gloom from our recent (but most gladly received) spate of rain.  And just look at the tasty treats our garden gave us!

We managed to get two fruit bowls loaded with apples, one of feijoas, 10 pumpkins and a whole heap of grapes.  Definitely well worth getting a little cold for.

Not bad, for a first year and a hardly tended garden

Here's looking forward to next autumn, when hopefully we'll have a lot more in the garden :)

Love to all,
Mama Fern
